Nice and filling and healthy alternate to just eating bread every day. I always eat a hot breakfast but since giving up bread recently I am looking for healthy alternatives. This is such a great recipe to work from. I would just like to mention to try and not use vegetable oil. I have fallen very sick this year and I'm enrolled in a women's holistic health course and vegetable oil is so bad for women's hormonal health and we should avoid it at all costs.
